the staff were helpful, offering assistance with directions and local tips. i appreciated the complimentary shower after i checked out since i had a late flight. breakfast had a lot of options and the staff constantly checked on guests , ensuring everyone had a satisfactory meal.

the absence of a full-length mirror in the room was inconvenient for dressing.

the staff was nice and the location was pretty good.

I was disappointed with our room. The furniture squeaked terribly. the hallway lights turned off all the time when i was trying to get to my room, that was annoying. also, the minivan we ordered from the hotel to pick us up was not at all what we expected and they were 45 minutes late!!!
